The Main Floor
The main entrance is to the bottom left of this floorplan. The entrance and powder room have hardwood flooring, carpet in the living room and on the stairs, and durable linoleum tile in the kitchen. The unit is not an end unit, so there are no windows on the sides. The front window of our model is a bumped out bay window. The windows to the upper left are a sliding glass door to the deck on our model.
The Upper Floor
The upper floor is almost exactly as pictured! There is a standard shower in the master bath and, again, no windows on the sides due to being a middle unit. Make sure you check out the large walk in closet in the master bedroom!
The Finished Basement
This one is the most different from the real life unit because we finished the basement ourselves. The area behind the stairs is a larger storage area. The area to the bottom right is the laundry room, complete with cabinets and countertop fo easy laundry management. The area shown as storage on the floor plan was finished as an additional half bath.
